The 40 million dollar project connects the Adelaide Oval with the CBD becoming the centrepiece of the Riverbank development. Construction began in March 2013, scheduled for the bridge to be used during the Ashes in December and it’s final touches completed before the first AFL match at the redeveloped Adelaide Oval in March 2014. As a small branch, it was a challenging project for both scheduling and manufacturing, to meet the projects demand we had to utilise all resources across the group. During the peak of construction, our Victorian operation assisted in the project with support from our scheduling department and cut & bend facilities.

All up the bridge has over 650m/t of reinforcing bar and mesh.
